| it's a different experience when you finally get to see the exhibition -- after looking in books at these images for years.... you get to see them all together; lit up, and large, like jeff wall wanted them. you decide how far or how close you get to them; which angle you stare at them; how long you sit and watch them; how many times you go back to see them. |

| the view from my bus stop is sadly, gone. as they were tearing it down a week ago from the inside, i thought to myself "maybe they would preserve the deli pediment" but no such luck. |
